How DentalFlow is used

DentalFlow provides clinic-management software. Each clinic controls the patient and appointment information entered into its workspace. DentalFlow processes that information to operate and secure the service.

Information collected

Clinic accounts may include names, business contact details, staff roles, and security records. Appointment requests may include a patient's name, mobile number, email address, preferred time, requested service, and message. Clinic staff may record clinical and billing information after establishing their own lawful basis and patient consent.

Purpose and access

Information is used to provide requested clinic services, maintain tenant isolation, prevent abuse, support account recovery, and create security and operational audit records. Access is limited by clinic membership and role. Platform support views are time-limited, read-only, and audited.

Retention and requests

Clinics are responsible for defining patient-record retention appropriate to their practice. Patients should contact the clinic that collected their information to request access, correction, or deletion. Clinic owners can contact DentalFlow regarding platform-account or service-operation questions.

Security and providers

DentalFlow uses encrypted web transport, authenticated access, tenant-aware policies, private file storage, and audit logging. No security control can remove all risk. Real messaging, payment, and transactional-email providers are not connected unless explicitly configured by the platform operator.
