DentalFlow

Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-13

Clinic responsibility

Clinic owners are responsible for the accuracy of their clinic profile, staff access, patient records, clinical decisions, billing entries, consent procedures, and use of generated documents. DentalFlow is practice-management software and does not provide medical advice.

Account security

Users must keep credentials confidential, use accounts only for authorized clinic work, and promptly remove access that is no longer required. Clinic owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles to staff members.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, misuse patient information, or use the service to send unsolicited communications. DentalFlow may restrict access when needed to protect users, clinics, or the platform.

Service status

Features may change as DentalFlow develops. Clinics should maintain appropriate operational continuity and independent records where required. Provider-backed email, messaging, payment, and reminder delivery are available only after those services are configured.

Ending access

Platform administrators may suspend a clinic for security, abuse, or operational reasons. Clinic owners should contact the platform operator before closing an account so that retention, export, and deletion requirements can be reviewed safely.
